Comfort, charm and tradition characterize all of our rooms!
The Main House, dating from the early 1800s, offers wide pine floors and beautiful oriental rugs, colorful walls and trim, working fireplaces, antiques and family heirlooms, with all the comforts and amenities you might expect from a first class inn.
Our second floor Carriage House rooms, with separate entrance, are private, bright and airy, with a deck overlooking the back gardens. "Treetops" with a brass queen bed is directly across the hall from "Seabreeze" with two double beds. Perfect for friends or family traveling together!
All Candleberry Inn of Cape Cod rooms have private baths, individual air conditioning, cable television and sitting areas. They share a guest area that offers early morning coffee and tea service, a guest refrigerator, ice, beach towels and chairs, and access to the garden patio, fountain and grounds.
Nightly rates are based on double occupancy, exclusive of tax or tip.

The Inn is open year round.
During the In Season (May 1st through October 31st), and for Holiday reservations throughout the year, we require a 2 night minimum stay. We are happy to accept 1 night reservations at all other times.

The Highlands
Traditional comfort in a queen size four poster Shaker bed in the Main House. The Highlands has painted wide pine floors and a working fireplace. It overlooks the side gardens and expansive lawns of the Inn from the second floor. Cable TV / air conditioning / small private bathroom with shower / hair dryer.

Beach Rose
This Main House second floor room has a charming enamel gas stove, painted wide pine floor, and queen size four poster bed. Outside your bathroom window is a 150 year old holly which little birds love to nest in! Beach Rose has a large private bathroom with shower / cable TV / air conditioning / hair dryer.

Seabreeze in the Carriage House
Bright and airy, Seabreeze is located on the second floor of the Carriage House, and has a deck (shared with Treetops) that overlooks the Inn gardens.

With the whispering branches of 200 year old oaks and maples outside your windows, Treetops offers second floor privacy in the Carriage House. Cricket
Good things come in small packages! Cricket is a petite and utterly charming second floor room with brass double bed and large, sunny bathroom with shower. Cable TV / air conditioning / hair dryer.
Cricket overlooks the side gardens and fountain of the Main House.

The Seacroft Suite
Privately located on the second floor of the Main House, The Seacroft Suite has a luxurious queen antique brass bed, flickering "Bed & Breakfast" gas fireplace and a large bathroom with tub and shower. The adjoining sitting room offers a twin bed and comfortable reading chair. Cable TV/ DVD player /air conditioning / hair dryer / robes.
The ultimate in traditional comfort, this suite overlooks the side garden, rolling lawns and whispering fountain.

A 2-night minimum stay is required in season and on holiday weekends.
Room rates are daily, per room, for one or two persons. Children 7 years of age and older are welcome. Although we love them, accommodations are not suitable for younger children or pets.
When more than 2 guests (of any age) occupy a room, an additional charge of $30 per person, per day is charged.
Rates include a Full Country Breakfast and Afternoon Tea. MA State 9.7% rooms tax and gratuities are additional.

A 100% advance deposit is required to confirm a stay of 1 or 2 nights.
For longer stays, a 50% advance deposit is required, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. Click here to check availability.

A 100% refund of your deposit will be made for full or partial cancellations when made at least 14 days prior to your arrival. With less than 14 days' notice, a refund of your deposit will be given only if we are able to re-book your room to another party, and we will make every good faith effort to do so on your behalf. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. In either case, a re-booking fee of $30 will be charged.
