Mudflat Mania Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, Brewster 09/02/10 1:00pm At low tide, explore the notorious Brewster flats at the Bay Pines Beach with naturalists from the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History and learn about the world of marine invertebrates. Wearing water shoes and carrying pails and shovels, we will walk the sand bars, mudflats and tidal pools to find and observe marine animals living there – clams, worms, crabs, sea cucumbers and other sea life. Eastham Windmill Weekend Eastham Windmill Green 09/10/10 to 09/12/10 Celebrate Eastham’s history and natural beauty with a full weekend of festivities September 10, 11 and 12, 2010. Begin with the annual Fish Fry and talent show on Friday night. Saturday activities include: sand art contest, indoor arts and crafts show, children’s games, car and vehicle show and continuous entertainment on Eastham’s Windmill Green. An old-fashioned square dance takes place Saturday evening.
