The elegant Breezing Up Room gets its name from the Winslow Homer print which hangs over the mantel of its working fireplace. A lovely queen four-poster bed sits atop 200 year old wide pine floors. Enjoy a comfortable reading chair – open the armoire to reveal a TV/DVD for your enjoyment. Breezing Up is located on the first floor of the Main House, overlooking the old King’s Highway (Rt 6A).

Good things come in small packages! The Cricket Room is a petite and utterly charming second floor room overlooking the side gardens and fountain of the Main House. Bright and cheery, it has a cozy double bed and large bathroom with a seaside cottage feel.

Traditional comfort in a queen size four poster Shaker bed in the Main House. The Highlands overlooks the side gardens and expansive lawns of the Inn from the second floor.

The Beach Rose Room has a comfortable Victorian feel. Located on the second floor of the Main House the Beach Rose overlooks the front gardens and Old King’s Highway. This room boasts a charming gas enamel stove, painted 200 year old wide pine floors, and a queen size cannonball bed. Outside your bathroom window is a 150 year old holly which little birds love to nest in!

Privately located on the second floor of the Main House. The ultimate in traditional comfort, this suite overlooks the side garden, rolling lawns and whispering fountain.

Bright and airy, Seabreeze is located on the second floor of the Carriage House, and has a deck (shared with Treetops) that overlooks the Inn gardens.

With the whispering branches of 200 year old oaks and maples outside your windows, Treetops offers second floor privacy in the Carriage House. A queen brass bed, sitting area and deck (shared with Seabreeze) gives you plenty of room to stretch out in serene comfort.
